P. Sherlock-Lewis
Chief Executive Officer
Since 2016 I have had the privilege of leading the Finance department.
Having worked with many schools across multiple local authorities I have gained much experience in utilising resources to achieve strategic objectives.
I am a fully qualified member of CIPFA and have a passion for economy, efficiency and effectiveness. I believe all public money deserves to be spent in line with all 3 of these attributes. This is particularly the case for our charity as behind the black and white figures is the moral purpose of providing the best possible education to the children entrusted to us.
The PACT finance department has seen significant change in recent years from dealing with rapid growth of the Trust as well as increased requirements from external bodies and ever-increasing scrutiny. Adapting to change is something we have become accustomed to and I am very proud to lead such a dedicated team that continually seek the very best for our trust.
M. Douglas
Director of Finance
I am privileged to lead our ICT and Administration departments for the Prince Albert Community Trust.
I joined Prince Albert Primary School in 2002 as a passionate believer that ICT could change children's lives. I believe that through the creative use of technology and effective use of emerging technologies, children can be engaged, switched on and successful in any subject. We must of course ensure that the use of any technologies, whether established or emerging are safe for our pupils and the whole school community and so safeguarding is always at the forefront of our work.
Whilst we can only guess what technologies the children of today will be using in the future, whether it be in their work environment or their personal lives, we must do everything that we can to ensure they have the ICT and Computing skills to adapt and succeed.
I lead an amazing team of dedicated staff, including our Trust Lead for Administration, Trust Lead for ICT and our fantastic administrative staff and highly skilled technical support staff.
We are all committed to the Trust’s vision, ‘United we are World Class’, and the cohesive relationship between the Administration and ICT departments ensures that we are able to fulfil our departmental visions ‘to be the best part of your day’ and to provide ‘ICT excellence for all of our schools’.

As Director of Estates my role is to ensure all aspects of the school’s properties including upkeep, care, maintenance, security, health & safety and facilities management are in line with any statutory or regulatory requirements.
As a family man with children, I endeavour to protect my home and family from danger or hazards and it is my aim to do the same for all stakeholders across the PACT. Ensuring that the children and staff can learn and work in a safe environment is paramount.
I lead a skilled and dedicated team of staff to ensure that all our sites are open from 6am – 6pm and that the sites meet all necessary health and safety legal requirements.
If there is ever a situation that you feel is not safe or you have a concern, please contact myself or a member of the site team immediately.
S. Lewis
Director of Estates
Prior to this role at the PACT I have gained experience in a variety of child care and education settings. The majority of my career has been spent working in Pastoral departments in local authority mainstream schools in both a primary and secondary capacity.
Having the opportunity to work for Children’s Services with looked after children was an invaluable opportunity which heavily supported my experience and knowledge around behaviour management and child protection.
The key aspects of my current role are to ensure pupils have the ability to reach their full potential, ensuring all pupils needs are met, appropriate provision and interventions are accessible and staff are fully equipped in terms of knowledge, training and development.
The Pastoral department includes teams of Learning Mentors and Lunchtime Supervisors. All school teams are head up by Trust Pastoral Leaders who oversee the overall day-to-day management of pastoral provision.
My passion for this role comes from a need or wish for all children to be given a fair start in life. I believe work place environments thrive when there is a robust senior leadership team that has a clear vision, strong ethics and genuine care for all staff. I also believe that having a child centred approach is fundamental and that parental engagement in school life can often make the biggest difference.
My downtime outside of work is spent either trying out a new martial art, spending time with family and friends or lying somewhere on a pebbled British beach!
I love what I do and feel very privileged to work with the children and families within the PACT community.
